Standard and emergency service calls

Our service technicians are the best in the business. We design, build and install equipment and machinery, so it stands to reason that we are very proficient at servicing and working on equipment. We understand that when one machine or piece of equipment in your operation is not operating correctly that it can slow down or even stop your entire operation, so we make responding to these type of calls our highest priority, and we are ready and willing to respond 24 hrs a day, and be there when you need us as quickly as possible. From machine malfunctions, to conveyor problems, to electrical problems, to PLC problems, we can fix it. Our service trucks are equipped with all of the tools needed to get you back up and running, including electrical test equipment, calibration and measuring tools as well as welding equipment. We also try to stock some of the material that might be required to get you going. However it is hard to stock everything that might be needed so we keep a supply of standard items in our storeroom, and have a network of suppliers that we call on to get parts quickly when necesary. If a special part for a machine is needed, that has a long lead time, then our machine shop can fabricate it.    For our customers with maintenance agreements, we do a plant survey and keep parts on hand that might be needed for your particular operation.

Maintenance Agreements

We are committed to providing the finest quality equipment, services, and programs. To that end, we offer a Preventative Maintenance Program that will keep your system operating at peak efficiency. We offer this service for new equipment that was purchased from us, as well as for your existing machinery and equipment.  For our customers that are interested in this program, the first thing we do is come out and meet with you, and do a full site survey of your operation. Our experienced sales engineers can make recommendations to improve your operation, and will also recommend which one of our maintenance plans is best for you.
